From midnight, anyone travelling into Victoria from Greater Sydney or the Central Coast will have to go into hotel quarantine for 14 days.
Victorians returning before midnight on Monday will be allowed to quarantine at home for 14 days, provided they get tested within 24 hours of their return.
Victorians arriving after midnight on Monday will have to go into hotel quarantine.
