Hey, pals!
That is my video of a slightly tough laparoscopic cholecystectomy for mucocele of the gallbladder.
How pericholecystectic fluid is a blessing in disguise and helped me in dissection is showcased right here. Usually, if the hepatocystic triangle is frozen, I select to do a sub-total cholecystectomy as a substitute. For the reason that hepatocystic triangle was not hostile I selected complete over sub-total.
