The humerus is a protracted bone which consists of a shaft (diaphysis) and two extremities (epiphysis). It’s the longest bone of the higher extremity.

• The anatomical neck is the half between the pinnacle and the tuberosities.
• The surgical neck is the half between the tuberosities and the shaft.
• The larger tuberosity it’s positioned lateral to the pinnacle.
• The lesser tuberosity is positioned inferior to the pinnacle, on the anterior a part of the humerus, Its very outstanding and palpable.
• Bicipital (intertubercular) groove is positioned between the 2 tuberosities. The Biceps tendon is positioned right here.
• Shaft / Physique – Cylinder Formed center a part of humerus bone.
