- Urinary catheter (unless contraindicated)
- NGT
- Radiology
- CXR
- Lateral C-spine
- AP Pelvis
- AMPLE history -Allergies, Medications, Past medical history, Last meals, Events surrounding injury
- Secondary survey
- Full head-to-toe assessment
- Can be delayed until all life-threatening injuries have been dealth with
