This is an advance CME for orthopedic surgeon and arthroscopists in which detailed description is give on Meniscus Root Repair Surgery. It includes anatomy, classification , types, injury scenarios, investigation findings and repair techniques.
Both medial and lateral meniscus root repair techniques are covered. Medial meniscus root tears usually occur in isolation and are usually precursor for arthritic changes. Lateral Meniscus Root tears are usually in association of ACL injuries.
It is a detailed CME On recent Advances in the Meniscus Root Repair techniques. It includes Surgical Demonstration as well as the recent techniques in Root Repair. It also covers the Lateral Meniscus Root Tears. Lateral Meniscal Root Tears are seen in association with ACL Injuries . Recently centralization suture anchors are also being used along with meniscus root repairs.
