Students and members of the general public share their ideas on the troubling developments of accelerating deaths on account of drug and alcohol dependancy, in addition to suicide, amongst working-class whites in America. The findings have been introduced at Stanford by Princeton economists Anne Case and Angus Deaton throughout the 2019 Tanner Lectures on Human Values.
